Once the goods are ordered this will constitute as offer to purchase the goods. Designs by Paula shall not be liable in respect of any alleged defect in the goods as a result of any specifications made by you against the advice of Designs by Paula.
The price of the goods will be quoted to you at the time of placing the order. Designs by Paula reserve the right to make changes as necessary without notice. All prices do not include shipping charges if goods need to be shipped to you. Costs are based on weight and destination. Packages are shipped to you Express Mail through the United States Postal Service unless you state otherwise.
